Morgan Whitehead-Harper started her equestrian career at the tender age of 4 months old when she went for her first horseback ride with her godfather - Rod Rodriguez. As a junior rider in 4-H in New Jersey she won several prestigious state awards including Reserve Champion in Showmanship, Reserve Champion in English Equitation, and best conditioned horse on the annual 25 miles endurance ride.

She joined Fox & Hounds Pony Club at 11 years of age and went on to achieve her "A" rating at the age of 18 also earning the USPC Vera Scribner award for equitation over fences at the USPC Championships that same year. Morgan has competed in a variety of equestrian venues including western showmanship, western pleasure and endurance riding before concentrating on the english riding side of the sport. She has competed nationally in USPC Championships in Dressage, Eventing and her favorite - Show Jumping.

After aging out of pony club, Morgan became USPC's youngest National Examiner. Morgan is an excellent riding instructor and clincian for all ages and all levels of riding.
